Dobby’s urge to fight his brother defeated my the full tummy 🤣 (please ignore my voice idk how to remove sound 😅)

I purchased this cutting approximately a year ago and it has been in this hot since that time. I am not really a plant person as far as knowing when best to repot them etc. The cutting came from a thriving plant on someone’s property. The planted flower last summer, but has not that far this year. I feel like at this point it definitely needs to be in a bigger pot, but I don’t wanna traumatize it or something by doing something. I don’t really understand any advice greatly appreciated.❤️
