what do you guys think of it (if u have to second guess what it is or google it please dont bother giving your 2 cents) it's been extremly good to me and genuinely doable pushing 24-27 sets per session with 3/4 minutes rests and 1-2 rir or to failure upper lower just doesnt have my respect due to the 'unneeded' leg attention considering the lack of different muscles i dont believe it deserves an equal amount of attention as in compared to your hypothetical UPPER day so UL is a no for me and ppl just requires be being there 6 times a week just to match the greatness of the prior 2 splits and the 3 day possibly 4 day difference between hitting diff muscle groups feels out of touch with what i believe and pubmed data on recovery (no need to mention bro split) . i wanna hear u guys out on ur takes and though process in splits
