Hi just after some advice on my situation currently. I started a job in January at a residential home. In this time I have whistleblown for several reasons. Nothing seems to have changed. To the point a further complaint has been made by one residents family (assuming they don’t obviously know concerns have been raised already by staff/myself). Having issues with staff changing paper work I’ve signed etc too.

I joined the job after 6 months of sick notes on and off at my last role I was in due to mental health and work stress. I actually started improving but with all these issues and having to whistleblow, it set me back and made me anxious going in. The last 2 weeks I’ve been having issues I’ve not had since December. Throwing up, panic attacks, etc. I went to my GP told them everything and my doctor put me on 1 month sicknote and agreed that I am right in looking for another job. I am currently looking for other jobs anyway before the issues began again.

My question is, am I still within my right to take this higher to CQC as nothing has improved? Even if I am off sick and technically not planning on going back again?

Thank you if you got this far!
