Currently I have 17 typhoons each hooked to its own battery. Those feed into a 5 bank of batteries which feed into 2 batteries at each pod. I have all water pumps running with a tank at each rack and 2 tanks per each purifier. Flow on both electric and water is going right way nothing has been put into racks and the power to the racks is off. Yet my power still flickers. What could be my issue.
