Reselling Content/Social Media

I have a fairly small reselling social media page. I started it initially cause I really liked watching POV garage sale/ swap meet videos and thought it would be cool content to make. It’s slowly gotten some traction over the last couple years but then I noticed a weird trend. I slowly fell into making content that really was just rage bait. Usually it would revolve around a sale I was at and getting a really good deal on an item. Obviously a lot of the comments would be about how people felt like I was ripping someone off. The videos were always edited to elicit this response. I guess my question to everyone or to anyone who does social media is how do I pivot away from these type of videos or what are your thoughts in these rage bait style videos. One of these videos I made just hit 1 million views on instagram but tbh I’m not proud of it. It’s not a video I’d be excited to share with anyone outside the reselling space.
