I’m looking at testing some direct mail (ValPak, postcards, maybe door hangers) for a local service business and trying to figure out how people actually measure performance.
I get how to track calls, but what I can’t wrap my head around is everything else—people who see the ad, maybe think about it, but don’t call right away.
Do you just accept that as part of the channel, or has anyone found a good way to get visibility into that?
Would appreciate any real-world feedback before I spend money on it.
