Hi everyone. Seeking some advice and suggestions about house and lot. I am 24 y/o single and working in bpo with 397k annual salary. Can you share some tips pano po ako makakuha ng house and lot then monthly huhulugan. Please help me by suggesting din ng mga lugar near metro manila na pwede kong iinquire to purchase my own house.
