Book recommendations for disabled Mom

Howdy, all! ❤️✨ I’m looking for book recommendations for my disabled mother. She has Mild Cognitive Impairment from a lifetime of MS and small ischemic strokes, but can read write and speak like someone who has none of that. She really likes fantasy, or media that can transport her as her mobility is very low. I’ve joined a book club recently and have been buying extras of the monthly books to give to her but she didn’t like the first two. The first was A Touch of Darkness by Scarlett St Clair - and neither of us enjoyed the writing or the “spiciness.” The second was Pretty Girls by Karin Slaughter, which I loved, but the imagery disturbed her and she DNF. Fiction and nonfiction recommendations are welcome, but I have a feeling she’ll enjoy Fiction the most. thank you for reading!! ✨
