It can take me an hour to fall asleep, but it doesn't feel weird?

Idk how to word this, but I usually take 30 minutes to an hour plus to fall asleep. When I'm laying in bed I don't realize how much time has passed, often I'll think maybe 20 minutes has gone by but it's more like an hour. I'm not overwhelmed with stressful thoughts, or feel like I can't sleep, but it still takes me forever. I think it might be tied to my ADHD and related things. I can never clear my mind fully, but that doesn't mean the thoughts are stressing me out. I would like to fall asleep faster so I can consistently get 8 hours of sleep though.

Current routine:

10pm screen nightlight turns on

10:30pm turn off screens

11pm lights out

8am wake up

I typically get 8-10 hours of sleep, but feel tired the entire day. I'm talking to my doctor about it tomorrow, but it'll probably be awhile before they can confirm or identify the issue. I'm so done with being tired all of the time, doing normal responsibilities and even hobbies is so draining. If anyone has any tips on how I could maybe feel a little less tired until I can get a CPAP or other treatment?

I have no idea where this came from, and have no logical explanation. It must have appeared somewhere between yesterday evening and now. It's completely dry, doesn't come off, has a rough texture, and no odor. It seems almost like burned, but I have zero idea how that could happen???
