Looking to pull the trigger and get an LT after a fair amount of research. Play in a wedding band, about 20 decent gigs a year and want something that will give me much better quality than the boss me-80 I’m using and be fun to play around with at home.

My only hesitation - and I appreciate it might be a stupid one - is that it’s been around for 8/9 years now. A long time in this digi age. I understand the various software updates keep things broadly fresh and up to date, so are my concerns unfounded? Do most people find that out the box it is relatively up to date or does it need a major software update?
