Vase found at thrift store in Cullman, Alabama, USA

I purchased this vase from a thrift store in Cullman, Alabama, and I’m not finding much information online about it other than its “Sèvres-style”…. I’d love to know more - providence, age, what the markings mean on the bottom, and estimated value. Thank you!
