When this season ends our mindset should immediately shift to ruthless pragmatism regarding our roster

As GS fans looking to next season and a 5th straight title.. and competing in the UCL.. our greatest fear should be that the post-title euphoria will make management, Okan, even the fans less inclined to make the cold blooded decisions necessary for us to not just stay at this level but to go beyond it and actually reach our potential. I don't think I need to explain how dynasties work in sports and how hard it is to win that 3rd and 4th title. We actually managed to do it whilst keeping a large core of players which is pretty rare.. but this season we all saw how it was slowly falling apart and was our weakest performance yet (specifically in the league). The Chicago Bulls in the 90s... the Patriots in 2000s...Man City in 2010's... all the teams that won multiple championships in a row made these 'tough' decisions early rather than late. You could argue we already waited a year too long for some

Addition by subtraction. I know this isn't going to be a popular post or opinion... but I believe we can take our greatest leap this summer by selling 3 players that are 'fan favorites' and replacing them with new signings who can actually do what we need consistently. And not take a massive gamble, again, that 'next season' they will be better or bounce back.

These players are: Sanchez, Sara, and Torreira

88th minute goal to go ahead? Icardi beautiful play and Kaan Ayhan goal to win 4-2? Teasing FB one last time only to break their hearts in the last moments?
