Hi everybody,

I don't know why as in the past I had good GTMetrix speed and performance reports but recently I worked again on an old website and never found a way to have good performances.

Indeed on every page I get in GTMetrix a really slow score based on one main thing : the initial server response time.

Indeed, my TTFB is always more than a seconds, between 1.3 to up to 6-7 seconds on some pages.

I asked my host and indeed they tell me that everything is ok and indeed on some pages I get a good TTFB (for basic wordpress page "/readme.html" for example).

I activated Litespeed cache and even though the tests from the cpanel tell me that the cache is working I highly doubt it as in private browser if I load a page multiple page it will still always take min 2 seconds before anything happens ...
Indeed in the headers I see the flags X-Litespeed-Cache-Control and X-Litespeed-Tag with correct values but not X-LiteSpeed-Cache (not even "miss" or anything) and I don't know if it clearly means that it's not cached or if it is.

Does someones know what's wrong and how to fix it ? Or is it just that Elementor is ruined now ?

Cause I can't get that huge load time.

Thanks in advance if someone knows how to fix this !

Note : here are some reports in GTMetrix : the first is the readme page, the second is a page made as an elementor canvas so it's empty with just "test" as a p tag, and the last is a page with elementor activated (don't pay attention to the images in the last btw, they are not optimized).

Hi everybody !

I heard a lot of people talking about using Pinterest to get traffic to their website and things like that.

Indeed I already have some SEO traffic but I'd like to diversify the sources and then I'm looking for other opportunities.

So I'm wondering : in what way is Pinterest better than other social medias to get some traffic and what type of strategies are you using there ?

I mean are you sharing creative contents on your Pinterest accounts like some lead magnets pointing to your full contents ? Or you just try to get a bunch of traffic from posting images linked to your niche or other and then get a portion of them clicking on some links to your website ?

Thanks in advance would love to know your experiences with it !

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to figure out the best caching + CDN setup for my WordPress site.

Current setup:

  • Hosting: O2Switch (LiteSpeed server)
  • Stack: WordPress + Elementor
  • Cache: LiteSpeed Cache (no CDN)
  • Traffic: ~1k visitors/day, growing steadily

The issue:
It looks like I'll soon exceed QUIC.cloud free limits, so I'm considering switching to something more scalable.

Questions:

  • Would moving to Cloudflare be the best option in my case?
  • Can I keep LiteSpeed Cache for on-server caching while using Cloudflare as a CDN?
  • If I stop using QUIC.cloud, what's the best alternative for image optimization?
  • More broadly, what would be the most efficient stack for a growing WP site like mine?

I'm trying to find a good balance between performance, scalability, and simplicity without breaking everything I've already set up.

Thanks a lot for your advice!

Hi everybody

Just got a strange bug with Litespeed on my website : every page of the admin and all works fine but when I try to do on the Litespeed toolbox (link /wp-admin/admin.php?page=litespeed-toolbox) it just loads indefinitely and I can't access it.

I searched on Google but did not find anything.

Did some of you already experienced this and then how to fix it ?

Thanks in advance !
