“Well, since we’ve cleared most of the districts of corrupted Concepts, we’ve been doing anything to stay afloat,” Sebastian replied with a faint smile.
“But using our Division is a bit… of a waste, ain’t it?” He looks over to Celeste who was in the middle of tying bandages over her eyes.
“Say, Cel, we’ve been together for a while but I still don’t know why you cover your eyes with bandages.”
“If you’re really that curious… I’m not a bona fide Concept unlike you two—I was only blessed. My mind can’t handle the power of Sight so I cover my eyes with bandages to keep my brain from exploding.”

“What!?” Xavi and Celeste exclaimed in unison.
“I figured we needed more manpower, so I talked to some people… and got 3 new additions to our team.”
“Wait wait wait, why are you telling us this now?” Xavi asked, expressing his concern.
“Well, I wanted to keep it a surprise,” He says with a mischievous look. “But before we attend the meeting, I have to run a few errands in the 4th District.”
