Hi all!

Looking for some advise on a soon to be revamped first floor (in the US it's called the second floor i believe) with the bathrooms and bedrooms.

Added both the old (current) and the new plan. The sizes as mentioned are in meters (just to be clear).

I'm aware it's all not to big - this creates some difficulties with the plan. Like the size of the two bedrooms on the left side. As it stands, the top one will primarily be used as a room for work at home while the bottom one is for guests. I also wanted a bigger bathroom - important for personal reasons.

Some translations:

- badkamer = bathroom

- slaapkamer = bedroom

- berging = storage or a bedroom

Hi all!

Recently I became the proud :) owner of a solar setup including 2 5p batterys (all Enphase). I am looking for automation options given the issues people have with Enphase AI and to be able to control things myself. HACS gives a lot of options - but that also creates the difficulties. Especially looking for:

Trading on the imbalance market (prerequisit to have some tax returns)
Cut-off grid export when prices are negative (incl. solar panel energy production)
Charge battery when prices are lowest during the day and/or negative
Push heating pump to cool/heat the house/water when prices are negative and/or during other good situations (e.g. battery max while prices are low)

I furthermore have a dynamic pricing contract with the energy providor with the option of changing prices every 15 minutes.

There are many energy mangement systems (EMS) while a lot of them are still in production as well. I find it quite hard to choose the right one.

Are there other people with a similour situation? How did you do this? Are there any tips/good automations that can be shared?
