Need some advice after crazy hormones through back-to-back IVF cycles. The 1st cycle we started a bit later than normal (day 6) because progesterone was elevated until then. I had 2 eggs retrieved, both fertilized, both transferred, negative pregnancy. 2nd cycle, couldn’t start stims until day 18. My progesterone was elevated at baseline and once it dropped, my FSH went up to 36. I ended with 1 egg retrieved that did not fertilize. I’m now waiting to get my period and met with the doctor last night to discuss the plan for this cycle. I did bloods today (I know, not typical), and my estradiol level is at 1,269. Progesterone is at 9.92, LH is .2, and FSH is 1.4. I did trigger with HCG 9 days ago, so maybe still a bit in my system. Just looking for any insight on why my estradiol level would be so elevated at this point in the cycle and should I expect for baseline levels to be out of whack again? Thanks!!
