I’ve just found out I’m pregnant (just over six weeks!) and we’ve been given a tentative due date smack in the middle of Christmastime.

My husband is now feeling a bit overwhelmed because he’s worried if our child is born on/around Christmas, they’ll never experience their birthday as something special, and instead as something that needs to be shared.

For those who have birthdays, or have children who have birthdays on/around Christmas - how do you navigate this in a way that makes your child still feel special?
