Does anyone have experience with Hotel Jal City in Fukuoka? I’ll be there in July with my family and I would like to know more about this hotel.

In addition to 4811, is it mandatory to file PSCs to update Box 28 before we file CAPE to get the refunds routed to the broker for FIOR and non-portal importers?
