hi, i am looking to get back to job hunting after working with my current company for about 3 years.

i wanted to ask those who recently landed a job or those who are actively interviewing for tech roles how'd you prepare ?

experience- 4yrs

past role- its hard to scope it down to a single role but i was mainly working on building and managing full stack applications for enterprises as a consultant.
