Went to conscious-connected breathwork class for an hour- it was real intense with the trembling- but then I did an hour of restorative yoga. Anyways, after all that, I put my glasses back on to drive home and notice I’m seeing double (luckily I live like 20 seconds away from the studio and got home safe). Does this happen to other people? How long can I expect this to last?
