I’m a professional student moving to the Philadelphia area with a roommate in a 2bed/2bath. We are currently between living further out in University City/Cedar Hill at the Garden Court Towers vs living by the UPenn/Drexel campuses by the river at Left Bank Apartments. The walk is 0.9 miles to campus for class regardless. In terms of pricing, obviously Garden Court is much cheaper, but the walk from Left Bank is through campus vs a residential area. Please let me know if you have any experience in either areas!
