My PR application is still going after 2.5 years. It is stuck in security screening. Recently I saw the primary office is changed to CORR. Any insight what this change means?

My pr application is in progress. My primary office is changed to CORR after 2.5 years. Does anyone have any insight on this change? My case is stuck in security screening and still on going.
