Just want to throw this out there because I'm honestly pretty annoyed right now. I've got the Yuka Mini 800 and ran the latest firmware update earlier today, the new 5.x main control version, 1.15.20.2303 on the device side. Before the update the little guy was running my lawn flawlessly, finishing the whole job in one go without stopping a single time. I had zero complaints, mowing was clean, navigation was solid, no drama.
After the update it's basically a different machine and not in a good way. It just randomly stops in the middle of the open lawn for no reason I can see. Plenty of signal, no obstacles, nothing weird going on, it just sits there. Then when it does try to move it can't even find its way back to the charging station anymore. And the kicker, today alone it got stuck five times. Five. One of those times it was hanging at the fence, which it had never done before the update because it knew exactly where the boundary was. Same map, same yard, same setup as yesterday, only difference is the new firmware.
So if anyone here is on the fence about updating, my honest advice right now would be to just sit on the old version for a bit and let Mammotion sort whatever they broke. I'd genuinely not recommend pulling the trigger on this one until they push a fix, at least not for the Mini. Curious if anyone else is seeing the same behavior or if I'm the unlucky one here.
