I'm scheduled for a tilt table test but it's still a while out. I don't know what I'm looking for here except maybe anyone going through anything similar.
I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, put on lisiniprol low dose but it caused my blood pressure to get too low because it turns out my blood pressure isn't always high. It runs from 96/65 to 168/95 (that I've recorded). My resting heart rate has gotten as low as 46 while awake, mid day, recorded on halter monitor but they were unconcerned about it.
My heart rate does increase by 40 bpm or more upon standing so it seems like some type of POTS but I feel like the beta blocker treatment will be contraindicated because of my low resting heart rate, excess salt will be contraindicated because of my high blood pressure. Anyone else go through similar symptoms but still able to find treatment/ relief?
