Hi, I've been using the ampoule for 3 or 4 years, have had quite a few backups. Always ordered at stylevana, never any problems
My skin loved it.
Earlier this month I opened a new bottle (ordered 12/25) used it a few days and noticed a faint smell, can hardly describe it.
My skin got worse, irritated, more texture, red spots, pimples.
Mostly cheeks/nose area and overall it's a lot drier.
And my skin seemed to be a bit more sensitive.
I have changed nothing but a new tube of sunscreen (Skin1004 Hyalu Cica) 2 weeks before.
Stopped using the ampoule after using it on/off on Friday and haven't used sunscreen (started against today) over the weekend.
Skin calmed down a bit but it's noticeable drier
Now I'm wondering has the formula of the Centella Ampoule changed?
The glass bottle & dropper looked a bit differently so they definitely changed at least that between my last backup and these new ones.
It matches pictures on the official site nothing suggests a fake.
Was it stored badly by Stylevana?
Shipping problems? Too hot/too cold?
I opened another from my April order and it had the same faint smell.
Different batches, same problem.
Has anyone here experienced problems with the ampoule?
I'm a bit afraid to order again.
Any ideas?
How should I proceed to get my skin back to normal?
Any alternatives to the Ampoule with similar minimal ingredients?
