Hi folks,
I just finished my third session (self-directed based off the info on the wiki). I'm finding that parts of my body that didn't tremor during the session (which so far have only activated my hips/groin and buttocks) could now easily be induced to tremor, and indeed feel quite eager to do so. Should I allow this or fight it? It feels good, and it's happening in some places I suspected prior to TRE were carrying a lot of tension (my face, my hands), which I'm excited about. If this is a sign that my body needs it right now, I don't want to get in the way. But also I don't have a good sense of how the practice is affecting me mentally yet (my first two sessions had very subtle effects on me afterward), and I don't want to risk sending my brain to hell in some new and unexpected way before I've established a regular practice. Any thoughts?
Right now I'm just letting my left hand do its thing because it feels nice, and it's such a small, quiet movement, how much could it really unsettle? But 5 days ago I had never even heard of TRE, so I don't have much to base that on but vibes.
