rpms slightly go up and down when turned off. visibly the bcm and connectors looked dry. planning on selling soon.

so my bcm got wet and i took it off to dry due to classic sunroof drain issue. i unplugged everything and i saw this. does this affect anything? is this normal? could it have happened when i unplugged it?
