Hi Community! I am a lead PM and I need to interview few people for a junior PM role who is report to me.
I am the first time to be an interviewer. I still remember a lot of questions I used to hear when I was interviewed. But they are boring and easy to be prepared. I want to have some interesting problems that I can ask the person and brainstorm with them.
Any ideas or questions impressive?
