Not posting this as an ad. Just sharing because a few teams I know have started using it and it’s actually useful.

It’s called Flowmingo AI.

Quick context. Most hiring teams spend a lot of time in the first round. CV screening, scheduling calls, basic filtering.

That’s usually where things slow down.

This tool replaces that layer.

Candidates get a link and complete an AI-led interview on their own time.

Once done, you get a ranked list of candidates along with video responses, transcripts, and a structured evaluation.

Instead of going through a large volume of profiles, you start with a much cleaner shortlist.

What caught my attention is that they’re currently offering full access for free. No limits on interviews, no seat restrictions, no trial expiry, and no credit card or sales call needed.

It looks like they’re opening it up to early users before pushing monetization later.

If you’re actively hiring or running a recruitment agency, it’s worth trying once to see if it fits your process.

Use the below link for free access and free signup:

Let me know if have any queries. I can help you with free access and more..

Hi everyone at r/Riyadhtechcommunity!

I’ve been digging through the newly released Hays GCC Salary Guide 2026 and found some really interesting data specifically for those of us in the Saudi tech and business landscape.

If you’re planning your next career move or just want to benchmark your current pay, here are the highlights:

Salary Boom: 69% of employers in KSA are expecting to increase salaries this year.

Massive Hiring: 75% of Saudi organizations plan to increase their national headcount in 2026.

The AI Gap: While 66% of us are using AI regularly to boost productivity, only 26% of employers are actually providing official training.

Tech Demand: There is a massive "pressure" on organizations to hire for AI and Cyber Security roles right now to stay competitive.

Retention Issues: 90% of organizations reported skill shortages last year, mostly due to competition and mismatched salary expectations.

Check out the full guide here: https://www.hays.ae/salary-guide

What are you seeing in your current roles? Are the salary increases actually hitting your bank accounts, or is it all talk? Let's discuss below! 👇

The Cloud Catalyst Tech Forum 2026 recently took place in Riyadh, bringing together cloud and AI talent, industry leaders and hiring partners with support from Amazon Web Services (AWS). The two-day forum included a large Generative AI Hackathon with 1,000+ participants, discussions on AI and cloud adoption, and sessions focused on building local tech talent

Do you think meetups and hackathons help bridge the skills gap here in Riyadh? https://www.zawya.com/en/press-release/events-and-conferences/manara-launched-the-cloud-catalyst-tech-forum-2026-with-support-from-aws-g11hse6q
