Hi all

This is a very specific question for folks who live in Birmingham UK and practice from home

I'm looking to set up a garden studio and I'm so confused by the licencing here

So I know I have to have a sink, that's fine, but a toilet? Can it not just be my home bathroom?

What else would I need?
