Korean injectables anyone here tried? curious real life experiences

Have been going down a rabbit hole lately researching korean aesthetic products and honestly i get the feeling there's a whole world of stuff that never gets talked about in western skincare spaces. things like rejuran, innotox, nabota, various pdrn treatments and skinboosters that people in korea and southeast asia have been using for years but that aren't really accessible through mainstream channels here.

I've seen a few mentions here and there but never a proper breakdown from people who have tried them. like what did you use, what were you aiming at, did it actually do what you hoped?

Also on the sourcing side of things, how are people finding real products? that's really the part that makes me most nervous, there is so much counterfeit stuff floating around and it's hard to know who to trust.

Would love to hear from anyone who has gone down this path, good experiences, bad ones, things you wish you knew before starting.

What actually makes an international gifting experience feel premium to customers?

I’ve been paying more attention to customer experience lately, especially with services that handle international deliveries.

A friend of mine recently used gift baskets overseas for a client gift overseas, and it made me realize how much the overall experience matters beyond just the product itself. Things like delivery updates, presentation, communication, and reliability probably affect perception more than people think.

For those working in CX, what do you think has the biggest impact when it comes to gifting or delivery based services? Is it speed, personalization, packaging, support, or something else entirely?
