When I first tried Concerta methylphenidate 18mg extended release, the first month or two felt like heaven to me. Then I started noticing that feeling going away. My doctor decided to then bump the dosage to 27mg, which made me somehow a bit worse or having no effect at all. So I went back to the 18mg, which helps but only a slight bit and not the same effects as before (better time management and calm mood), only having some small sense of composure when working. My doctor said I should try Vyanse, but I’m scared of the titration process now happening due to my finals coming up in two weeks. What do you guys think?
