Posting this, to see if some of you have skin similar to mine (Sebderm or not?)

Hey guys, hope y’all doing well and wishing everyone healing. I post this to ask if this looks like sd or other skin condition? To be honest I deal with red spots on my face for more than 1 year. The first photo was taken year 2024, it look so inflamed, but my face now is calmer.

I have dandruff on my scalp, which I understand because it runs in our genes. But I am so confused of what’s going on with my face.

I already went to some of dermatologist and they have some diagnosis one derma said its fungal infection and some said it’s sd.

I’d be glad if you will leave your comment and suggestions, and if you have some advice i’d love to read it. God bless everyone, I am Praying that we will overcome this and get that better confidence🫶🏻
