Lately it's become impossible to use the Intuos Pro via Bluetooth.

First, it doesn't want to connect, so I have to turn it on and off multiple times until it does.
Second, When it eventually does connect, it stutters every 4 seconds, and pen tracking dies. So every 4 seconds on the dot, the tablet stops tracking the pen. With cable it works fine, so I know it's a blutooth issue.

What I've TRIED doing to fix the issue
- clean re-install of all drivers. Bluetooth and tablet
- re-pairing the tablet with the PC
- removing all other dongles that might cause interference with the bluetooth dongle. (I have 2 Logitech lightning dongles plugged in as well, but after removing them there's no change in the tablet's behavior)
- checked if it's the bluetooth dongle issue itself. (It's not, any other bluetooth accessory I paired through it works perfectly fine)

How can this be fixed. It used to work perfectly fine, but over time, it seems like it just gets worse. I used to be able to switch the bluetooth dongle from one USB slot to the other next to it and it would start working fine, but now it's just not working without the 4 seconds stutters.
I'm at my wits end, I don't want to use it with a cable, since It'll ruin the battery faster than necessary.
The tablet is only 2 years old, is the bluetooth hardware in it actually failing or something ? That's the only explanation I can come up with.
