Looking for quiet, inexpensive, easy air rifle for pests

So I'm looking for a sub $300 air rifle where my main objective is quietness because of neighbors. I'm not worried about magazine capacity or super amounts of power, or on shooting a bunch of rounds every week. This rifle will be for a shot or two a week maybe, not as a hobby or anything. And has to be powerful enough for rat or squirrel sized game at say 20 yards.

I've done a bunch of searches, and it looks like pcp is quiet, but then you have to spend a bunch on air pumps, moderators, suppressors, and tuning, which i'd like to avoid.

Other things I've read says springers are fairly quiet, and fairly inexpensive. I see the Gamo Shadow Whisper Air Rifle .177 Cal or Barra Airguns Sportsman 1200g as choices?

Or Gamo Swarm Whisper .177 which says its gas piston and thats quieter then a springer?

I see also break actions are thought to be fairly loud? But then I see the advertising for the Gamo Swarm Fusion 10X GEN3i Inertia that claims its all fusion silencer special quiet?

Or is like a pump action fairly quiet? Only downside is they seem to be the cheapest models, and so don't come with an integrated suppressor. And they seem to have reviews that mention cheap materials and break quickly.

Or school me, is there a rifle out there you think works better for my needs?
