I have been searching for DE jobs as I want a switch from my first job in which I work on a traditional data stack (Oracle SQL, Informatica, Python). I have upskilled from the past few months and learnt the new stack needed in the market and started applying for jobs.

Everyday I scroll different job sites and everyone just f'ing wants 3 YOE. Dude, wtf?? Where would we go? A year after from this current month, they'll be asking for 4+ YOE if this goes on and that too for DE-1 roles, which I am currently looking at.

Does anyone know how to deal with this or find jobs or seek referrals?
