Sometimes right before I need to burp I get a momentary shift in my vision and then I burp. It's hard to explain but it's a similar feeling to before you need to puke, does anyone else get this? I'm thinking it's a pressure change affecting my vagus nerve. It only happens a few times a day on days where I'm really burpy. It gives me anxiety though, it's an odd feeling.
