I ran into a bug and was trying to forward it instead of just posting it openly since that looks bad, but when I email both support and contact I get a message blocked response from mailer-daemon@googlemail.com saying my message was blocked, with a learn more button that takes me to a chinese site requiring translation, telling me my message was flagged as suspicious for reporting a problem https://feedback.qiye.163.com/

I can find a bunch of people in the 60's but it's usually smaller kits or already been through tuning, or AMD instead of Intel.

Edit: This isn't in safe mode

Edit: Updated bios, no change. Figured I should get a new bios and make sure that's good before I actually tweak anything beyond the D2D/NGU
