I keep getting advertised training courses to become an ADHD assessor (diagnosing and managing). Working in an area of psychiatry where we meet a lot of people with questionable ADHD diagnoses, I am a little suspicious of many private diagnosers of ADHD.

My questions are:
Does anyone have any experience of these?
Do employers accept particular accreditations over others? Which are ‘legit’?
Could a GP trainee complete one?
