Ranger builds for Arena? Could use some advice.

I’m a Ranger main this season in Dark and Darker running Survival Bow + Rapier in trios.
I’ve got 1000+ hours in the game. Last season my main was a magic damage/healing Cleric, so Ranger is a pretty big playstyle shift for me.
Current trio comp:
• Fighter using sword/shield + longsword
• Healing/Bear Druid
• Me on Ranger
Right now on epic gear + blue jewelry I’ve mainly been stacking:
• Agility
• Dexterity
• Resourcefulness
Secondary stats I’ve been experimenting with:
• Strength
• Action Speed
• Headshot Damage
• Physical Power
I’m trying to figure out what stats actually scale best for Survival Bow Ranger this season versus what just looks good on paper.
Questions for experienced Ranger players:
Skills & Perks
What perks and skills are considered strongest right now for a Survival Bow/Rapier setup?
I’ve been experimenting but I’m not sure what’s actually optimal for:
• trios
• sustained pressure
• kiting
• surviving melee dives
• helping my frontline win fights
Do most high-level Rangers still prioritize:
• Quick Shot
• Field Ration
• Multishot
• Penetrating Shot
Or are people shifting into more utility/survivability setups this season?
Stats / Scaling
For Survival Bow specifically:
• Is Agility still king?
• How valuable is Dexterity compared to raw Physical Power?
• Is Resourcefulness actually worth stacking heavily anymore?
• How much Action Speed is enough before diminishing returns kick in?
• Are Headshot Damage rolls bait or actually strong?
Traps
What are your thoughts on hunting traps this season?
I’ve got a few blue traps sitting in storage and honestly I’m debating whether to use or just sell them.
A lot of the time traps feel:
• inconsistent
• too situational
• hard to capitalize on in fast fights
• weak against experienced players
Are strong Ranger players still getting major value from traps in trios, or are most people moving away from them?
Spear Question
I love Spear Ranger, but I really hate spending an entire perk slot just to use it.
Why can Druids use spear baseline while Rangers need a perk for it?
Do you guys think Spear Mastery is still worth running, or is Rapier just better value overall now?
Team Synergy
With my trio comp:
• Fighter frontline
• Healing/Bear Druid bruiser/support
• Ranger backline
How should I best complement them?
Should I focus more on:
• poke damage
• anti-flank
• trap control
• finishing kills
• mobility/kiting
• armor penetration
Any advice from high-rank or experienced Ranger players would help a lot.
