Is my pump shot or should I attempt to fix it? Tried starting up today and it’s making that noise and then the breaker pops.

Edit: for reference, I was opening the pool today. But it is 8pm now so I’m pouring myself a chilled tequila and calling it a day. Will check impeller in morning as well as replace the capacitor. Will report back my findings. Thanks for all the quick responses.
