I tried to be as realistic as possible, it is a shame that Japan can’t make a puppet in the pacific states and Italy can’t form its own puppets like reichkommissariats so I used collaboration governments.
Disclaimer: I played a normal hoi4 match and at the end I used console commands to make the borders look good, but the axis won this match fair and square, with a USA joint invasion, Germany naval invaded from Florida and I (Japan) from California. The only mods I used are uncensored German flag and uncensored events etc, Ai better designs, and player lead peace conferences.
Brief lore: Japan under the “liberate Asia from its oppressors”makes the Co prosperity sphere, Italy at the end of ww2 leaves axis and forms its own faction called mare nostrum under the “protection of the Mediterranean”, and Germany disbands axis as its purpose was fullfiled to make its own faction called Eihentspakt (based on the tno mod) under “Control strategic Resources of the world” All of the major countries have its own puppets as Spain, Italy, Germany and Japan. And now the world is fighting a three way Cold War.
