Connections:

• Large, round animal characters who look similar to other characters of the same species, with the main difference being their massive stature and round shape (Shirley looking almost exactly like the other sheep with the main difference being her weight; Terence essentially being a gigantic version of Red).
• Both are extremely big and strong, practically reaching immovable object status in some cases.
• They live with other members of their species in a certain place (the farm; Bird Island), being generally friendly and well-meaning despite their tendency to inconvenience themselves and their allies on occasion.
• They and their friends also have rivals in the form of a group of clever and mischievous but also very stupid pigs.

Connections:

• Characters from Capcom’s most popular series who were involved in the United States military, a field in which they highly excelled (Jill serving in the army and having some experience under Delta Force; Nash starting as a young recruit in the marine corps with experience in martial arts).
• Their skill would end up catching the attention of the series’ most iconic villain, being transferred to work in a place where they would meet a green-wearing muscular character who would become a close friend and partner to them (Jill being recruited to S.T.A.R.S. by Albert Wesker where she met Chris Redfield; Nash being transferred to another post by a director under Bison’s control where he met Guile).
• They would come to oppose an evil organization which this antagonist was part of (Jill with the Umbrella Corporation; Nash with Shadaloo). Their determination to end the threat of these villains led to them sacrificing themselves during a mission in which they confronted the superpowered terrorist (Jill causing Wesker and herself to fall down a cliff; Nash dying in his attempt to destroy Bison’s Psycho Drive).
• However, they would be brought back from this by villains of the franchise in a transformed state (Wesker keeping Jill alive and controlling her for a period of time; Nash being revived by the Secret Society). This also makes the fight between a character famous for fighting zombies vs a character who greatly resembles a zombie.
• Of course, like most main characters from their franchise, both highly excel in combat with “peak human” physical abilities, which actually just mean they’re literal superhumans with strength, speed, and agility greater than anyone could ever dream of having.
• As a minor connection, both appear in the Marvel vs Capcom series.

Connections:

• One of the favorite antagonists to originate from a franchise famous for its bizarreness (Twin Peaks; Doom Patrol).
• Both are prolific criminals who use their abilities to spread pain and disorder (BOB killing, torturing, and molesting several people to literally feed off of their negative emotions in the form of garmonbozia; Mr. Nobody formerly being the criminal Eric Morden who uses his powers to spread chaos due to his nihilistic ideology).
• They are abstract beings who, due to the nature of their existence, are exempt from the laws of the normal universe, often using this to their advantage to warp the world around them according to their will (BOB being a dark spirit from the realm known as the Black Lodge; Eric, following his transformation into Mr. Nobody, became an entity no longer bound by the limitations of his human form able to defy the rules of reality as he pleased). They are often shown among equally strange imagery.
• Both are associated with a room named after a specific color (BOB appearing in Twin Peaks’ infamous Red Room; Eric being turned into Mr. Nobody by his exposure to the White Room).
• BOB was always a demonic entity from a plane beyond the earth who often took the form of a human while interacting with it while Mr. Nobody started out as a human and was transformed into an abstract entity.
