I am surfing around for a new vehicle, currently driving a paid-off 2019 Outback. I’ve had my eye on the Aviator for a while now, but like my title suggests, I have a good friend who has been a Ford/Lincoln mechanic for over 20 years. I asked him his opinion on the Aviator, and he basically crapped all over it. He claims that Ford has been steadily declining in quality and are using cheaper and cheaper materials just to try and be more fuel efficient. He said at the dealership they were constantly working on Navigators and Aviators…especially newer model years. His recommendation? A Hyundai Palisade. “More bang for your buck. Better build. Better engine. Better warranty.”

But…but…I WANT AN AVIATOR. 😩 What are your thoughts?
