We have a lot of really active adult volunteers that want to help, but don’t have the time to take on formal roles and are really good at being asked to do specific tasks. The problem is, I’m not great at delegating. I honestly think a kaper chart would work well.

Does anyone have something for their volunteers? We’re a k-1 Daisy troop.

Anyone see creeping Phlox on sale? It’s past the bloom season and I’m hoping to buy a bunch without breaking the bank.

I’ve tried growing from seed but I have a black thumb and kill pretty much everything, so more mature plants are preferred.

I (38F) am going to have my first, full-placement student teacher. They appear to be male and this is a k-5 general, band, choral placement. What do I need to remember to make his experience positive?
