Out of state car buying pickle

I’m active duty military moving up to alaska. Got myself into a bind. Bought a house. Then i financed a car down in lower 48 using my alaska address. Dealer said this works, they’ll title it in alaska but i’ll have to register. Cool. After purchasing, i start looking into what paperwork i need to register it. They gave me temp tags. No problem. Turns out, i need a copy of the title which is with the lien-holder. Come next month ill have a car in alaska i wont be able to register. Can anyone shine some light on how to get out of this nightmare

Does anyone have any experience with buying a car in ohio and not paying sales tax as a non-resident? I plan to title and register the car in florida but it seems like florida is one of 7 states that Ohio still collects 6% taxes on for non-resident active duty military stationed in ohio. Im not sure how to navigate this.
