Two curries with rice, hummus crudite, and a salad. Served with a crisp and refreshing ginger ale of course. FC out of LAX.

Kwan Kitchen is one of the best Thai restaurants in the NELA/Pasadena area. Their noodle dishes are consistently delicious and they never overcook their proteins. Service can be a bit slow sometimes but I think it’s worth it for the quality. It’s a relatively small restaurant so expect a wait for a table during typical rush times. Pork satay was $15, pad see ew with beef was $17. They’re pretty conservative with their spice levels. The “medium” spice level on the see ew was mild at best. Parking is free in the strip mall. Walking distance to the metro Fillmore station. Cash or card accepted.
