I currently have 3 Game Model Signed bats: Juan Soto, Kris Bryant, and Jung Hoo Lee, signed in both English and Korean. I have won these all from breaks.
I am trying to get to the value of a Bryce Harper bat with other collectibles, looking to eventually trade all the bats for a Harper bat. I have some cards to supplement, things like a McCutchen auto, some better rookie autos, etc.
I was told that no one is going to trade a bat like Harper for 3 lesser players. I understand the desirability of Harper, so I get that perspective. That being said, assuming the valuation is there, I assume there is some place where someone will value quantity over quality, and is looking to build a greater collection.
I see Juan Soto sales for 250 and then one randomly for 375. Kris Bryant isn't a great player, but his game model bats seem to go for decent money. Then you have Jung Hoo Lee, which for the dual language signature, seems to go for good money. I cannot really find a consistent method of valuation to figure out how much I need to supplement with cards to make the deal realistic.
Any help with overall logistics with what I need to consider for this?
