I'm still very new to the game, just wanna add trim to my plane so I can get it to fly stable

As the title says how do you round out rudders, I can add sections to the top of them and round it out but I can't do the same to the bottom. I'm attempting to make my vertical surfaces look rounded out nearly circular but I can't figure out how.
