I made a pumpkin cheesecake for the first time a bit ago (no pic sorry) and while it was actually standing, it was clearly not fully mixed.
It looked like that type of granite where you could see each flake and difference in it lol
Any tips on how to mix it better?
Recipe: Cream cheese, Sour cream, Pumpkin puree, Sugar, Brown sugar, Eggs, Salt, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Ginger, Allspice, Vanilla, Lemon juice, and Flour.
